Dave Brownstein engages technology founders, transforming the promise of a new venture into real profit. He has spent over 16 years as a technology entrepreneur, helping drive five ventures in the information technology industry. Throughout his career he has led organizational transformation, guiding teams to achieve their full potential.

In 1990 he was a founding partner of NewMedia, Inc. an information technology professional services and education firm. Dave was responsible for launching new branches and supporting growth. NewMedia was among the fastest growing privately held firms in the U.S., listed on the Inc. 500 for three consecutive years, in 1996, 1997 and 1998.

In 1998, Dave founded UVG, Ltd., a consulting firm serving early stage and fast growth ventures, helping them drive to maximum value.

From 2000 until April 2002, Dave headed the professional services organization for Astute Solutions, a company serving the CRM market.

In April 2002 Dave was recruited to Neulogic as President. Neulogic was then a failing venture providing Internet services to an unfocused variety of clients. He joined as a part of a management restructuring and ownership shift. Over a period of several years the firm was transformed. The company was reenergized to an engaged, informed, committed, and profitable team. The product offerings and markets served were reexamined and focused along core values and strengths. By the end of 2005 Neulogic was a high performance organization serving a well defined market. The new Neulogic profitably served grant making organizations in the US and in Europe.

Neulogic became a desirable acquisition target. In January 2006 it sold 100% ownership to a publicly traded company in California. Dave served as Chief Operating Officer at Neulogic through a seven month transition.

Currently, Dave provides consulting services to senior executives in a variety of start up ventures and established organizations.
